A Word from our Parts Department:
With the passing of 2010 and the arrival of 2011 we would like to take an opportunity to re-introduce your Crabtree Parts Department.
As we are one year removed from the challenging year of 2009, it is our visions to be the most complete RV Center you have the opportunity to do business with. Crabtree RV Center’s Parts Department expects to lead the way in 2011. With our recent trip to Nashville, TN attending the Stag Parkway show we believe their partnership with top after market suppliers gives us the edge in meeting our customer’s needs. Knowing our customers continue to demand the best products, better availability and fair pricing we have demanded the same from all our suppliers.
We were able to meet personally with many manufactures at the show with many new products being presented. One of the best being Blue Ox. With a wide array of towing products that we believe are capable of exceeding the end users demand for quality. With another opportunity to sit and talk with Doug Russell our Blue Ox representative, and an impressive personnel commitment by Jay Hesse President of Blue Ox, to help ensure our responsibility and capability to be you’re One Stop Towing Professionals. As a known towing dealer for Blue Ox it is our vision of continuing to be the customer’s best resource for all their towing needs. We are actively in the process of securing in House training with Doug for our Sales, Service and Parts Department. In addition to this we are taking inventory of all previous customers with the desire to learn more about their Blue Ox products. We should be contacting our customers soon with that information. It is the Pleasure of Crabtree RV Center and Blue Ox to be available to the general public. We look forward to showing you the quality and value Blue Ox continues to deliver.
