Dear Sirs,
Last week we had a problem with our camper and called your parts department for some information about a part. My husband talked to a salesman named Scott. I want you to know what an asset Scott is to your business. He was very courteous, kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help us out. Most of the time when we have to talk to a sales person in any busiess, they are not interested in helping and make it seem like a big burden to have to get information for you. Scott, however, was most helpful. (We talked to another dealer who didn' give us the time of day.) Our camper is now fixed and we are happy. So, we felt like you should be aware that Scott is a fine representative for your business and we will definitely be coming back to you again when we need something. Please give him a pat on the back for us.
