RV park was good for a stop on the way back home with full 50-amp, sewer, water & cable. Had to wait for the chlorine in treated pool to level out some to use it, but overall good stop. People were great. Love that Cracker Barrel is across a small bridge. - H
Traded our old camper in there. Salesman worked with me for over a year as I was picky on my purchase. He found me the perfect camper upfront, which I ended up buying in the end. They even had it ready for our upcoming trip approaching just 5 days after our purchase. The parts counter was very knowlegable on any accessories we were looking at and everyone was just flat out friendly with us. We had a minor repair done to a trim piece and a slideout. The repairs were done promptly and they even let us pick it up at our conveience, which was a week later. Love my new camper. - Connie
Last week we had a problem with our camper and called your parts department for some information about a part. My husband talked to a salesman named Scott. I want you to know what an asset Scott is to your business. He was very courteous, kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help us out. Most of the time when we have to talk to a sales person in any business, they are not interested in helping and make it seem like a big burden to have to get information for you. Scott, however, was most helpful. (We talked to another dealer who didn' give us the time of day.) Our camper is now fixed and we are happy. So, we felt like you should be aware that Scott is a fine representative for your business and we will definitely be coming back to you again when we need something. We were looking for a camper and spent a couple of months researching online and had a friend refer us to a dealership in Tulsa. After speaking with the dealership in Tulsa I decided to give Crabtree a shot and buy local. My Wife and I went to the dealership and everyone at the dealership was great. Within a few minutes we had decided on which trailer we wanted and had agreed upon a price. The financing steps were easy and the paperwork did not take long at all. After making our purchase they had an employee do a complete walk through with us and show us how everything is operated and even covered the smallest details that I would have never thought of. Crabtree was great to work with and if we ever purchase another one I will go there first. - Steve
We are Canadians and were on our way back to Ontario from AZ in April 2016. Our fridge was giving us some problems so I decided to do a search in the area for a RV service centre. Crabtree RV Centre came up. It was a Sat but they were open which was awesome. We were just passing through and hoping to either get a quick check or get some advise as to what to do. The lady at the parts counter was so knowledgeable and knew right away that the fridge had had a recall and what we needed to fix the prob. Being on the road and having even a minor thing go wrong can be so stressful especially when you are so far away from home. We bought our new RV April 23 2018 and I absolutely cannot say enough good things about our experience. From our salesman Alex, to our walk through with Jason, our accessories purchases with Dragon and our financing with Judy, they we're all great so friendly and helpful.
