For a long time we had been looking for our perfect 5th wheel. Then a gentlemen named Rick, from Grabtree, RV contacted my husband. Rick said he had just what we had been looking for, so we agreed to meet with him the following day. When we first met Rick, we found him to be very likable, and easy to talk with; and good to his word, he had the exact 5th wheel we had been seeking . A used Reflection, in very good condition. Rick spent hours with.us, going over things, and answering all of our question’s. He made us feel very special. The deal was made and we would come back to get it next week. He explained it had to be prepped. Upon our return, to pick it up, we met with a service man named Larry. Larry also was very pleasant, and took a lot of time with us. He walked us thru and explained how absolutely everything worked. He was very patient,, but most of all EXTREMELY knowledgeable. We were impressed about even the smallest things he knew, and suggestions he made about keeping everything in good working order. Then upon bringing it home, Rick, and Larry both have made calls to see if we had any problems, or questions. To us, these two, men are such a great asset to your company.
In fact, All of the staff were extremely courteous!
I cannot emphasize enough, what friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant people there are, at Grabtree RV center.

I just wanted to you to know how much we are enjoying the new "Reflection" and all of its "bells and whistles"!!! Yes, it's been a bit of a learning curve in spite of our decision to "downsize" from our 32 ft. Rockwood to the 27 ft. 2024 Reflection!!!!

ALL of the people were great to deal with in our purchase of a Grand Design fifth wheel. WE have been RV owners since mid 90s and never been treated as good as CRABTREE RV CENTER DID. We had been looking for a fifth wheel camper for about a year. We had been to several dealers, felt pressured. Then we inquired about a camper online from Crabtree, we received a phone call from Carl. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He let us know he was available to help us anyway he could. A few weeks later we called Carl and told him what type of camper we were wanting to buy. He called me back within 30 minutes and we worked out a deal. There was no pressure with our salesman, Carl. It was the easiest transaction from start to finish. We are new to the RV life style, and as such there are so many things that could go wrong. The location is perfect. Easy in easy out. A FRIENDLY service center is right there, no searching. WallMart is close by along with the freeway entrance which takes you to Fort Smith or Van Buren. Quiet and VERY clean. Ms. Debi and her husband, are very kind and patient. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable and answered ALL our questions. Great People. The Park is some what small, and the spaces are very FLAT. They have a small grassed area with horseshoe pits that runs along side a field full of horses. Beautiful! They are VERY pet friendly, just make sure you clean up your dogs poopy! Bottom line: CLEAN, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, QUIET (We were there for 30 days... - John
